The dispatch radio crackles with an urgent call – a local family’s furnace has completely shut down. These emergency situations require quick thinking and efficient problem-solving. It’s rewarding when we can restore comfort to a home, especially during temperature extremes.

Afternoon Schedule

My typical afternoon includes:

• Filter replacements and routine maintenance
• Documentation and service reports

End of Day – 5:00 PM
